Members have opportunity to contribute toward various projects which the Association undertakes from time to time, to participate in regional meetings, to attend the annual convention, and to contribute news and ideas or articles for the Mennonite Health Journal. Projects chosen are those which will help carry out the Great Commission through health ministries.

to any physician, dentist, medical or dental student, AND ANY MEMBER OF THE HEALTHCARE TEAM WITH A GRADUATE LEVEL DEGREE, who is a member in good standing of a Mennonite Central Committee constituent congregation, in any country.
Sustaining Membership is achieved by giving voluntary financial support in payment of dues above the regular rate of active membership, at a rate designated by the Executive Committee. (currently $350.)
Associate Membership is open to Christian physicians, dentists and other graduate level healthcare professionals who share our faith but are affiliated with another denomination or to persons who are not graduate level health care professionals.
Honorary Membership is offered to physicians, dentists and other graduate level healthcare professionals serving in missionary roles or to persons designated by the Executive Committee as having contributed significantly to the Association. Longer term members who reach the age of 80 are invited to apply for honorary membership status also.
Gift Membership is available for MMA members and others, to give as a Gift Membership to anyone who is a candidate for the other membership categories above. This membership will be considered an Associatie membership and will acquaint the potential member with MMA and it's benefits for a 1 year period of time; following which, the individual will be invited to apply for full membership status. A gift amount of $40 will provide benefits for this one year trial membership.

APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP
To fill out a membership application write to the MMA office, or look under the Membership tab to print out the .pdf form or fill it out online.
Return the application form to the MMA office. The Executive Committee of MMA reviews applications, and announces approved new members at the annual convention.
